NEW PATIENTS: Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

If you have already had a hearing test within the last 6 months, please tell us at time of scheduling your appointment and bring it with you as well as a picture ID and insurance card.

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without a cancellation call, we cannot guarantee an immediate reschedule.

DIRECTIONS FOR PARKING: Off Port Washington Rd. go East (the only way you can go) on Richter (that’s the street at Walgreen’s). Go one block to Iroquois and turn North (the only way you can go). Go to the 2nd driveway on your left (look for the sandwich board sign with our logo); pull in and park.

We are in the Worth Building, the name is on the roofline of the building.

Our office is located just inside the door and we are handicapped accessible.
